Kandinsky on colour

"Generally speaking, colour is a power which directly influences the soul. Colour is the keyboard, the eyes are the hammers, the soul is the piano with many strings. The artist is the hand which plays, touching one key or another to cause vibrations in the soul."
- Wassily Kandinsky in Concerning the Spiritual in Art, 1911

great K quote- and the supergraphics viewed from above is cool too..

lots of controversy in LA right now about all the supergraphics popping up on all the buildings- many non-permitted and complaints from workers inside the buildings who have to now view their world through them..

been a while since i popped in here- will have a bit of backreading to do to catch up-
